Welcome to dott
I founded dott after watching the women around me go through changes no one prepared them for.
When my mother went through menopause, she never talked about the sleepless nights, the dryness, or the way her body stopped feeling like her own. She just endured it.
Years later, I started noticing my own symptoms: fatigue, mood changes, low libido, a growing sense that something was off. By the time I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency in my thirties, I had already lost bone density. I didn’t know what was happening to my body, and I didn’t have the language to ask the right questions.
That wasn’t just a personal gap in knowledge. It’s a gap in how the healthcare system prepares women for this stage of life at all.
I’m an industrial designer and patient advocate, and I built dott in collaboration with physiotherapists, pelvic health specialists, and researchers, not on assumptions about what women need, but on their actual clinical work. I wanted dott to be as much about learning as it is about the product itself.
My commitment is simple: bring real, researched, clinician-informed care, including external vibration therapy, directly to the women who need it most.
