  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, your Dott Wand must be in its original, unopened packaging. The plastic wrap or seal must be intact and not tampered with.
    • Items that have been opened, unwrapped, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

 

  1. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at CustomerCare@dottwell.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
    • Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
    • Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

  1. Shipping Returns

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

  1. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  1. Exceptions

    • Due to the intimate nature of our product, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Please ensure the plastic wrap is intact to be eligible for a return.
