Protocol Guides
Each protocol is designed to be used at home, alongside ongoing clinical care. If you're unsure where to begin, the chooser below can point you to the most likely fit.
A short walkthrough of how to use the dott Wand externally and comfortably before moving into a protocol below.
Intensity Levels
The dott Wand has 8 levels of targeted external vibration, grouped into two zones.
Always begin on level 1 and move up slowly. It should feel relaxing and comfortable, never painful.
Zone 1 · Calm & Relax
Zone 2 · Wake & Restore
Frequency increases with each level
The 8 levels are one sliding scale: level 1 is the slowest, gentlest pulse at 30Hz and level 8 is the fastest, strongest at 70Hz. Start at 1 and step up only as it stays comfortable.
Levels 1-4
