Start with the general use video.

A short walkthrough of how to use the dott Wand externally and comfortably before moving into a protocol below.

Intensity Levels

One wand. Two support zones.

The dott Wand has 8 levels of targeted external vibration, grouped into two zones.
Always begin on level 1 and move up slowly. It should feel relaxing and comfortable, never painful.

70 Hz

The 8 levels are one sliding scale: level 1 is the slowest, gentlest pulse at 30Hz and level 8 is the fastest, strongest at 70Hz. Start at 1 and step up only as it stays comfortable.

Levels 1-4

Zone 1: Calm & Relax

For slower, gentler stimulation that supports relaxation, downtraining, and nervous system settling.

Levels 5-8

Zone 2: Wake & Restore

For stronger, more active stimulation that supports awareness, activation, and sensory reconnection.
