Our Commitment to Care

At dott, your health, safety, and trust come first. Due to the intimate nature of our restorative tools, returns are accepted only for products that remain in their original, unopened condition, with the protective seal fully intact. Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility & Process

To request a return for an unopened product, please contact us at customercare@dottwell.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with clear instructions for sending your item back.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Products must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition to qualify for inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
