Your privacy is our standard. Every dott order is shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no reference to the contents or brand on the exterior. For added confidentiality, the sender on your package and billing statement will appear as “LeeLoom Group Ltd.”

Order Processing

Each order is prepared with care. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays. During peak periods, processing may take up to an additional 48 hours. If a significant delay occurs, you will be contacted directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and the most suitable available carriers. While we partner with reliable couriers, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or seasonal volume.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Dott does not control or cover these charges.
