Warranty Policy

 

The Warranty Policy is as follows:

Your authentic Dott™ product comes with a one (1) year warranty. The warranty covers product replacement for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, loss, or negligent handling. Any attempt to repair or take apart the product will void the warranty. To claim a warranty, you must provide an original purchase receipt and reasonable evidence that the date of the claim falls within the warranty period. After our customer service team has approved your warranty claim, Dott will replace the defective product free of charge.

How do I check the status of a warranty claim?

Our team will try to speed up the warranty process and will contact you when a decision has been made. Processing may take up to 7 days.
